FISHING IN ARGENTINA
The Argentine Mesopotamia is a great destination for the most demanding anglers looking for new challenging species.
Fishing in this area is a very neat experience. The enormous wide rivers, deltas and lagoons of the Argentina Mesopotamia are the habitat for a very diverse population of indigenous species of fish only found in the southern part of the South American continent.
The best known of these species is the Golden Dorado, a relentless hunter and ferocious fish who will challenge any angler, jumping violently out of the water while putting on a great fight. Golden Dorado fishing is not the only attraction, other species will complete the fishing experience and are very interesting for any angler, some are: the Surubi, the giant Stingray, the Chafalote, the Manduve, the Paty, the Palometa, the Tararira and many more.
In Mesopotamia we choose to fish Golden Dorado in Entre Rios and Corrientes provinces due to its proximity with Buenos Aires and the excellent quality of the area as far as number and size of fish.
The Argentine Patagonia is famous worldwide for its spectacular trout fishing.
Fishing in Patagonia is probably one of the items found on any angler’s bucket list. The extent and crystal-clear waters of the rivers interconnecting with the big mountain lakes have become the perfect habitat for numerous species of trout.
The Patagonian landscape and the excellent fishing match perfectly to stimulate and satisfy the senses of the most exquisite trout fishermen in the world.
In Patagonia we choose to fish in the region of Bariloche and Junin de los Andes due to the abundance of places and possibilities to fish either from shore or drifting in trackers.
